Improve Your Health Through Scrapbooking!

Time Capsule: Weekly Challenge #36… Extended

This challenge is close to my heart.  I think it is so important to care for ourselves.  This is an extremely face-paced world and it is so easy to overlook things like good nutrition, exercise, a good night’s sleep and not to mention your mental well-being.  This challenge was a great way for me to pull ideas together to better my health.  I wanted to journal in a list format so I set off to find the perfect template.

I also wanted my layout to be vibrant and have lots of energy.  I needed it to motivate me when I looked at it.  So I found very bold colors and let the pictures form a story when put all together.   I really found having a list of my goals useful.

These pages really make you think, focus and prioritize… all valid things to consider where your health is concerned.

I plan on carrying these ideas and goals throughout my 365 project.  Having this list at the forefront of my mind will keep my success rate much higher .  As a crazy busy mom that runs my own business, I have to carve out me time and take care of me.  You aren’t very good for anyone if you aren’t at your best.  Cheers to good health!

Jennifer DeLorenzoI am Jennifer DeLorenzo and the only thing I love more than scrapbooking is photography.  Lucky for me they go hand in hand!   I love to go beyond just the event pages and really tell my family’s story.  Time goes just too fast these days and I really think scrapbooking has a way to slow that down and make you cherish the short time we have here.
