Story Board~ 11.2.2011

If capturing everyday real life memories through story-based scrapbooking is your passion, our weekly Story Board was created especially for you! I’m loving all the autumn goodness I’m seeing in the galleries the last few weeks. Here are some layouts that have caught my eye recently…

"Home" by mistimus

We’re not military but having lived in about the same number of houses in the about the same number of years I can definitely understand this feeling. I love the pictures of the different places all on one layout and the idea that home is family more than location.

I’m loving the great composition, the photo, the colors, that little orange sprig and of course the wonderful journaling talking about eating habits, both hers when she was pregnant as well as her child’s now.

What a great thing to remember. It’s so easy to compare ourselves to others when things aren’t going so well. I love the way the title is done here so that it works with the journaling but also makes sense on its own.

Every mom has to deal with a tantrum or two (or hundreds). Not only was the tantrum recorded in photos but I love the step-by-step in the journaling as well. What a great way to work through what can be a very trying time.

I love layouts that focus on something that are such a part of your everyday that it almost defines you, such as mishou has done with Cardigan Queen. What a great idea to record the things you wear everyday.

That’s it for this week’s Story Board!! Check back every Wednesday for another collection of layouts selected to help inspire you to scrap YOUR everyday real life!
