Project 365 Support Group- wk 1

Hi Everybody!
This is the first day I looked at the forum this year. I've just finished laying out my photo collages for my
project 12 in 2008 and the paucity of photos for some months (a dog party in January, none in June) has inspired me to try p365, even if it doesn't go well as least I will have some photos each month. So far I have:

Jan 1: Some family members in my Mom's gallery kitchen, which is always crowded and full of people on holidays.
Jan 2: Photos of the dogs in the car, which is loaded up and ready for our trip home.
Jan 3: My husband and I relaxing on the couch watching a "The Unit" marathon
Jan 4: A screen shot of my husband's computer screen with his chin and lip in the corner as he plays his online game.
Jan 5: Our puppy in her crate, when I come home at lunch to let her out.

I don't think I will add mine to the flickr group either. I think it will just be one more thing on my plate. My goal is to post them on my blog once a week so hopefully I can keep that up.

Here's mine so far:
Jan 1 - Ringing in the New Year
Jan 2 - my youngest ds playing with my BIL's dog
Jan 3 - Eating Chocolate fondue
Jan 4 - Dismanteling Christmas
Jan 5 - Our first real snow for this season
Jan 6 - My cat's visit to the vet

Great. I just viewed all the photos - they look fabulous.
I am going to "knick" a few of the ideas for my own shots.
As soon as I get my photos off my camera I will upload my own. Probably this weekend since I am on TDY for work the next two days.

If you use the template and the shadows look a little dark, just reduce the opacity of the shadow layers- especially if you are using a pale background! (i make them a little dark, sorry!)
