    Default My two cents worth...

My first log your memory book was 2010. I LOVED it! It had the weekly challenges, it had LINES for each day so you could journal, it had space to doodle, it had time slots to write appointments... it was the perfect combination. Fast forward to this year 2012 - now there are NO lines (I spent days drawing lines on each page), there are no time slots for appointments or work deadlines, and you have to have a separate book to get the weekly challenges and inspiration. I regret that I ordered this year's version. It is so not working for me... I guess if all you want to do is draw or doodle, it's great ... but as a planner, calendar, inspiration/idea book, and journal - it misses the mark big time. Even with the lines I've drawn for journaling, there's no place to write appts. The little boxes marked morning, afternoon, and evening don't cut it. I hope when you go back to the drawing board for next year's book, you will go back to something similar to 2010. Now I have to go get a day runner or appointment book ...

I also preferred the layout in the 2010 LYM logbooks. I only got a couple of months individually, budget was a big time issue in 2010 and 2011. This was the first year I could actually afford it. While not totally disappointed that I purchased it, I'm wishing the layout was more like I remembered. Trying to make it work... it's on my iPad, not printing it out at all unless I need an individual page.
