Do you have a scrapping budget?

I don't budget for scrapping, but I also don't buy a whole lot either. I have found that I am super picky about what I buy, leaning more toward products that I can use and use and use. That's true both in paper and digi.

I think I made my biggest ever purchase this week - the One Little Word class at Big Picture Classes. I looked, and last year I spent less than $25 all year on scrapping product. My biggest expense was printing - $66 for 150 layouts.

So, how do you determine where your scrapping money goes? Do you budget carefully? Don't budget at all?
