I am trying. I hate exercising. With a red-hot, fiery passion I hate it.
So, I got up early and got on the treadmill and I walked. It's more than I have been doing, so I felt pretty good about going .85 miles. That's as far as I got before DS woke up and wanted breakfast. I'll do it again in the morning. <sigh>
I'd love to know what has worked for you, or what you are doing in the New Year to workout. Oh, and do you like it?
