    Default BIG breakfast ideas

For a hockey tournament running from December 26 - 30, I have three extra boys staying in my house: 15 year olds from Norway. I'd like to provide more than cold cereal but nothing as extravagant as pancakes. Does anyone have any breakfast casserole ideas? Some way I can toss everything into one dish to feed the masses (7 kids in total) that doesn't take constant supervision?

    Any ideas are welcome!

    OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST PIE

    8 slices bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
    1 tbsp. bacon grease
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    2 green onions, chopped
    Salt, pepper

The night before a company breakfast: Beat eggs. Add hash browns, cheese, cottage cheese, milk and green onion. Pour into lightly greased (or sprayed) 9 inch pie pan.Toss corn flake crumbs into 1 tablespoon of remaining bacon grease. Chop bacon and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pie. Cover and refrigerate.
In the morning, bake 1 hour in a 325 degree preheated oven. Serves 6.

I like little mini quiches, or even just a quiche. You can make it the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning.

How about homemade mcmuffins. English muffin, ham, suasage patty or bacon, cheese and an egg. I have a small round flat bowl, I pop the eggs in the microwave to cook.

Being from norway, they might enjoy deli sandwhiches with yogurt. That is basically what we ate while in Germany every morning. A nice bread, cheese and meat.

I would plan the first breakfast or two, and then ask the guys what they normally eat forbreakfast. It might give you a few ideas.

I love the pampered chef breakfast braid. And you can make most of it the night before and just scramble and bake in the morning.
