Wasn't Guernsey awesome, Misty?! I even had to blog about it after because I loved it so much.

I'm currently readingFarm City by Novella Carpenter and seed catalogs. I just finished Pride & Prejudice & Zombies which was a HOOT! I'm pre-reading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins for my 10yo, and will probably break down and re-read the Percy Jackson series (since I've only listened to them) because DH is convinced I'll love them that way - I don't like the audio versions at all.

I love hearing what others are reading!

I love reading though I tend to read more nonfiction than fiction. I did just finish a book called The Covenant Child by Terri Blackstock. It was very good.

I just got Debbie Hodge's Get It Scrapped and am enjoying it. I'm also reading Michael Pollan's The Omnivore Dilemma. It's very interesting and great writing! It's a lot of info to take in though so I have to read a few pages at a time.

oh oh oh... just got a new scrapbooking book yesterday... reading it slowly to kill time. It's called Playing With Paper by Angelia Wigginton. I love it!!! It's got a great amount of advice on using patterned paper in your scrapbooks. I love patterned paper so this book was a great find.

I just got that one too, but haven't started it. I love using patterned paper so it really caught my eye.

Yep, finished it in one sitting (while neglecting a whole host of other duties). Wonderful stuff

It's not as historical, but if you like the type of book like that, you should try 84 Charing Cross Road by Helene Hanff. It's a lovely, lovely book, just like Guernsey...same time period, about an American bibliophile and her letters to a British Bookstore manager, his employees and family. It's true..and one of my favorites of all times!
