Time to get inspired with this week’s collection of real life layouts!!
The striking color scheme drew me to this layout and the journaling, thought provoking… this is the way I would like to be seen, too.
Oh, I love “right now” layouts… the capture of the here and now! And the brush work and blending is amazing… I’m in awe!
I love how Jen journaled about her thoughts and questions that popped into her head as she saw her daughter’s school bus coming… I had a tear in my eye…
The design rocks… even though having this much white space makes me nervous, I’m in awe of those that can pull it off! I also love that she was able to have journaling that didn’t over-power the design and how the watermarks mimic her thoughts. So sweet!
Stunning! The photos, the use of the kit… and having the words to Twinkle, Twinkle in the background… a song I still sing to my little one… just stunning.
Oh, how I can relate to a child not being able to accomplish something and then overnight they have it mastered. It is such a sweet memory to capture.
I love this idea… a page about the items that her child learned in class… and adding photos of her drawings. Just lovely!
Since winter is just around the corner, this page makes me want to book a trip to somewhere warm! I love the design and that her journaling is song lyrics… nifty idea!!
What a great idea… I love how she incorporated her daughter into the layout by asking her to give three words to describe herself.
That’s it for this week’s Story Board! Check back every Wednesday for another round of “real life” scrapbooking inspiration!
